Taking this quite tentatively at the moment. I decided to give it the overall look I'm after first and then work into it afterwards. It's all about the burst of sunlight, the red glow that comes from it contrasted against the dark areas around the edges of the picture. This will need some careful thought over tomorrow's breakfast coffee as how to proceed, maybe it's time for the dark areas next and work towards the light... maybe not.
Colours used so far: Cobalt Teal, Kings Blue Light, Quinacridone Red, Permanent Orange, Yellow Lake Deep, Cadmium Yellow Light, Lead Tin Yellow Lemon and Warm White.
