I realised the best way to proceed was to block in the base sky colour and run washes of colour over the rest so that I can work on top of it when it's dry tomorrow. The alpenglow effect on the mountains is already evident..
Colours used: Ultramarine Blue, Ultramarine Violet, Kings Blue Light, Phthalocyanine Turquoise, Permanent Orange and Yellow Lake Deep.
