I gave most of it a transparent wash of desaturated blue just leaving the underpainting showing through on the area where the all night bar is going. I also chose two windows to have lights on...
Colours used: Indanthrene Blue. Dioxazine Purple, Burnt Sienna and Permanent Orange.
