Clearing Rain, Meenakshi Temple

A view of the Shri Meenakshi Temple in Madurai from the roof of The Museum Company who kindly let me paint the initial sketch there in October 2012. The painting was interrupted by an afternoon rainstorm which I have tried to capture as it cleared in this studio painting.
